Prior to forming J.R. Campbell & Associates, Inc. in 1981, John Campbell held management and executive positions with two leading industrial gas companies, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Burdox, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio (later, AGA Gas, Inc, now part of Linde AG), the largest of the independent U.S. regional gas companies at the time. Prior to that he worked in a variety of gas-related marketing and management positions for Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

A notable figure in industrial gases organizations, Campbell has served as President and board member of IOMA (International Oxygen Manufacturers Association), has been active in the CGA (Compressed Gas Association), GAWDA (Gases & Welding Distributor Association), and several associations of gas-using industry and service sectors.

Art Waskey has over 50 years’ experience in engineering, sales, and sales management.  He spent 13 years with British Oxygen Company (BOC), then 34 years as VP Sales for General Air in Denver. He transitioned to his own business, Impact Speaking Dynamics, November 2018, to further his consulting, teaching, writing, and speaking passions. Along with an engineering degree, Art also holds a Master of Ministry in Church Planting and Leadership Developing.

Throughout his career, Steve has served a breadth of counterparties, including food manufacturers, carbon capture organizations, and private equity investors on a variety of unique projects, both big and small. 
Steve is a member of GAWDA and is a respected thought leader across the industry, speaking at events like the Gasworld CO2 Summit. In his free time, Steve enjoys volunteering as a tutor at several public schools in Memphis, hoping to impart his passion for education across the city.
