Garvey is President of Intelligas Consulting LLC, the premier consulting firm dedicated to servicing the needs of the U.S. and international industrial, medical, and specialty gases community, together with U.S. and international technology companies which design/build production, distribution, and applications systems to service the industrial gases business. She continues to support J.R. Campbell & Associates, Inc. (JRCI), the firm she was with for 25 years.

She develops and maintains proprietary models on the industrial gas industry including an industrial gas plant database, models of company market share, market segment data, and pricing. Garvey has authored over 100 articles for gasworld (formerly CryoGas International), analyzing specific gas markets, segments, and yearly updates for the US and worldwide industrial gas
business and products.

Garvey has also performed a significant number of CO2 studies analyzing and forecasting North American supply/demand, supply chain economics including cost/price, sourcing strategies, and player strategies, as well as those on CO2 production, distribution, and applications. Clients include CO2 supply side companies, end-use customers, and investors.

Garvey is a member of the gasworld US Edition editorial advisory board and a feature writer on industrial gases for gasworld US Edition, having written over 100 articles. Garvey has also been a frequent speaker at gasworld Helium and CO2 Summits as well as at other industrial gas industry events.

Prior to Intelligas Consulting LLC and JRCI, Garvey was an independent consultant providing quantitative and qualitative market research and prior to that held positions with ARINC Research Corporation and the MITRE Corporation providing cost and operational effectiveness analyses on engineering systems.
